发明名称 FORGING METHOD FOR HARD-TO-WORK MATERIAL
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forging method capable forging a hard-to-work material to be worked in 5-30 forging ratio by heating once without causing any defect such as crack. SOLUTION: This forging method for hard-to-work material is characterized in that when a workpiece to be the hard-to-work material of 1,000-4,000kg is forged under condition in 5-30 forging ratio, the workpiece is heated to the temperature range of t-T defined below, then is forged within 20 min. Further, it is desirable that the rolling reduction per one pass is≤120 mm. Wherein, t is the temperature where the draw ratio is 80% of the maximum draw ratio in the lower temperature zone than the temperature being the maximum draw ratio in the high temperature tensile strength test of the workpiece and T is the temperature where the draw ratio is 50% of the maximum draw ratio in the higher temperature zone than the temperature being the maximum draw ratio in the high temperature tensile strength test of the workpiece.
