PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically-driven trigger type liquid ejector with high safety in which the lever is not accidentally pulled. SOLUTION: The ejector is constituted of a body 2 incorporating a driving source 2c operating an electrically-driven pump 2b together with a power source 2d, an operating lever 3 operating the pump 2b by turning on the switch 2c<SB>1</SB>of the driving source 2c through pulling the lever 3 pivoted on the body 2, an air displacement mechanism 4 introducing the inside and outside of a container and a base cap 6 fixing and holding the body 2 to the mouth part of the container through an intake 5 connected to the air displacement mechanism 4. At least one recess or an opening adjoining to the outer edge 2e of the body 2 is installed through the side wall of the operating lever 3 is installed, a cover 8 preventing careless pulling of the operating lever 3 covering at least one part of the side wall and front surface of the operating lever 3 in the state of clogging a nozzle opening n is installed through an ejecting nozzle 1 is installed, and a protrusion which is suitable for the recess or the opening of the opening lever 3 is formed in the cover 8.
