PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide comfortable sound atmosphere for the place other than the driving seat in the mobile room.

SOLUTION: The vehicle-mounted system 2 requests, to a mobile phone 50, the measured data for test sound inputted to a microphone 51 of the mobile phone 50. When the measured data for the test sound is transmitted as the response signal from the mobile phone 50, the sound signal is outputted from speakers 18a to 18d through adjustment thereof with a sound circuit 12 on the basis of the measured data of the test sound.
