PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a liquid crystal panel having high reliability by simplifying a process inspection for detecting the delicate level of cell thickness unevenness in the same high temperature state and leaned state as the usage environment by the user of the liquid crystal display panel to reliably detect the cell thickness unevenness. SOLUTION: An apparatus for cleaning a liquid crystal panel is provided with a loader part 11, a cleaning vessel 12 for removing a needless liquid crystal adhering to the liquid crystal panel 10, an oven vessel 13 for drying/realignment treatment for subjecting the liquid crystal panel 10 to realignment treatment of a liquid crystal, and a cell thickness checking vessel 14 which is connected to the oven vessel 13 and checks the cell thickness of the liquid crystal panel 10 for every one unit of the liquid crystal panel 10.
