PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming implement suppressing various adverse conditions easily. SOLUTION: The foaming implement 11 is equipped with: a foaming member 12 formed of a foaming material that foams by external heating; and a support member 13 that makes a support part support the foaming member 12. The foaming member 12 has a first foaming member 14 and a second foaming member 15. The first foaming member 14 is formed from a first foaming material and the second foaming member 15 is formed from a second foaming material. This foaming implement 11 is supported by a fixing part of a structural member through the support member 13. In the foaming implement 11, by external heating, from the first foaming member 14 the first foamed body is formed and from the second foaming member 15 the second foamed body is formed. By these first and second foamed bodies, sound absorption property, sound insulation property, vibration damping property, and the like of the structural member are enhanced.
