ORGANIC ELECTRO-LUMINESCENCE DISPLAY PANEL AND DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING THE SAME

An organic electro-luminescence display panel and a display device having the same are provided to minimize the defect of a bias line due to the short-circuit due to overlapping between the bias line and a data line or overlapping between the bias line and a scan line, by connecting more than two adjacent bias lines electrically on a non-effective display region. A scan line transfers a scan signal. A data line transfers a data signal. A bias line transfers a bias power supply voltage. An organic electro-luminescent pixel part(ELP) is connected to the scan line, the data line and the bias line. And a connection part is formed to perform electrical connection of adjacent bias lines. The data line and the bias line are extended toward opposite direction each other, and the connection part is formed on more than one region including a start region of the data line.
