PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve all of five problems in respect of cost, weight, size, handy nature and safety while the reality satisfying three elements: inclination, ups and downs and turf in a patting practice machine of a golf. SOLUTION: This patting base unit includes: an inclined part 2 obtained by cutting a spherical body in an arbitrary face; and a base part 3 having a recessed spherical surface having the same curvature of a projecting spherical surface in the inclined part 2. The inclined state is held by the frictional force of the contact surface between the inclined part 2 and the base part 3, the bonding strength of a hook-and-loop fastener stuck to the contact surface, or the magnetic force of magnetic raw material. A rolling mat 10 is laid on the top face of the inclined part 2, an artificial lawn is laid thereon, or an artificial lawn is provided directly on a rolling mat filled with granular material 13, and an undulation grass 12 for adjusting the turf using a net-like turf adjuster 14 is laid thereon.
