An apparatus and method for manufacturing an EEFL and an EEFL manufactured by the same are provided to extend a lifespan of a lamp by uniformly and properly processing a finish portion of the lamp. An EEFL(External Electrode Fluorescent Lamp) manufacturing apparatus includes a first electrode part(1) and a second electrode part which are assembled to both ends of a lamp. The first electrode part has an inlet and outlet port(11) connected to an inert gas introducing unit and a vacuum exhausting unit, and a mercury supply unit. The second electrode part does not have an inlet and an outlet port and a vacuum exhausting unit. |
