A baking apparatus for fluorescent lamps is provided to increase productivity thereof by directly rolling a lamp having a slim pipe on a roller, thereby reducing a production cost. A baking apparatus includes a base(10), a roller part(12) installed to the base at a certain angle and having at least one lamp mounted on an upper portion of the roller part, and a heating member(14) installed in the roller for baking the lamp. The roller part has a roller base, at least one roller rotatably disposed on the roller base, and a drive motor rotating the roller. The heating member has a case(26), a heater installed in the case, a blower(30) blowing heat towards a fluorescent lamp.
