PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC handler turning a suction nozzle while preventing a cable of a heater from being entangled or cut. SOLUTION: The IC handler comprises: the suction nozzle 125 for sucking an electronic component 5; a heater 128 for heating the electronic component 5 sucked by the suction nozzle 125; and a suction head 99 for lifting the suction nozzle. The IC handler also comprises a component moving device for moving a head unit 75 for supporting the suction head 99 between a component mounting part and a socket for inspection. The IC handler also comprises: a lifting section 121 for lifting the suction head 99 with respect to the head unit 75; and a turning section 122 turning about the vertical axis with respect to the lifting section 121. The suction nozzle 125 is integrally and rotatably disposed in the turning section 122. The heater 128 is disposed in the lifting section 121, and is faced with the turning section 122 via a filler 131 having fluidity and thermal conductivity. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
