PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic device for a carrier in which belt transmission or the like from an engine 3 is easily performed, height and capacity of an oil tank 5 are increased by lowering the installation height of a bottom of the oil tank 5 on a hydraulic pump 4, the shape of the oil tank 5 can be made to a simple constitution such as a mere cylinder form and an angular cylinder form, operation of a handlebar 2 part can be easily performed by forming a space part with an upper handlebar 2 largely, lateral width of the engine 3 and the hydraulic pump 4 part is reduced by making the hydraulic pump 4 and the oil tank 5 approaching to a lateral side of the engine 3 and maintenance of the engine 3 and the hydraulic pump 4 can be easily performed by the formation of a space part with the upper handlebar 2. SOLUTION: In the hydraulic device for the carrier, the engine 3 and the hydraulic pump 4 transmitted at a lateral side lower part of the engine 3 are arranged below a handlebar 2 at a rear part of a carrier base 1 and the oil tank 5 for storing an oil for the hydraulic pump 4 is provided just above the hydraulic pump 4.
