摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a micro milling system capable of exactly locating a cutting drill at the position of a target cutting point to cut an desired region part. <P>SOLUTION: This method is used in the micro milling system comprising a micro mill and a sample video photographing and displaying mechanism. The micro mill comprises a stage, a rotary cutting drill and a moving mechanism. The sample video photographing and displaying mechanism is constituted of an image pickup means and a video display means. Cutting drill positional information by a coordinate position of the cutting drill is obtained when the rotary cutting drill is located at two reference points, and reference point positional information showing coordinate positions of two reference points is obtained. By utilizing a coordinate transforming function obtained by the cutting drill positional information and the reference point positional information, the moving mechanism is controlled so that a cutting end of the rotary cutting drill may be located at the target cutting point designated in a second X-Y coordinate system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
