A tamper-proof plastic closure (1) has a closure cap (2) on which a tamper-proof strip (6) is attached by means of intended tearing webs (5). The tamper-proof strip (6) is provided with a multiplicity of blocking elements (8). The blocking elements (8) are connected to the tamper-proof strip via joint elements (7). While the closure is being screwed onto a container neck, the blocking elements (8) can be pivoted upwards and radially outwards into a first closure position (I). When the tamper-proof closure is opened, the blocking elements are, in contrast, pivoted downwards and radially inwards into a second opening position (II). The free inside diameter is reduced during this process, as a result of which the blocking element is kept in engagement with corresponding blocking surfaces on a container neck. <IMAGE> |
