PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas burner or the like capable of lowering combustion noise by stabilizing flow of flame of combustion gas. SOLUTION: The gas burner 50 is provided with an inner combustion tube 51, an inner tube bottom 61, an outer combustion tube 71, and a head ring 81. In the gas burner 50, flame of a pilot burner, and flame of a main burner stably flow upward from a straightening boss 63 of the inner tube bottom 61, and they do not wave downward. By this, the flame is stabilized, and the combustion noise can be lowered. Since a slanted end face 56 is formed on a flame hole arrangement face 55 of the inner combustion tube 51, and each flame hole 53 on the slanted end face 56 is substantially circularly opened, whistling noise and resonance of flame of the main burner hardly occur. Since air in mixed gas for the pilot burner flame can be used as secondary combustion air of the main burner flame in the gas burner 50, a sufficient amount of combustion air can be supplied to the main burner flame.
