PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater collecting-draining device for a steel tower, capable of preventing the deformation of the ground surface of a steel tower site by reducing a falling speed, by avoiding making rainwater concentrated fall and flow down in large quantities on the steel tower site more than the other area, in a rainfall, particularly, when wind and rain are violent. SOLUTION: This rainwater collecting-draining device has one or a plurality of dripping fence parts 12 constituted so as to have ventilation performance and arranged in a steel tower 100 in a non-horizontal state inclined by a predetermined angle, a catchment part 14 arranged in a lower end part of the dripping fence part 12 and collecting the rainwater flowing down in the dripping fence part 12, and a drain part 16 connected to the catchment part 14 and making the collected rainwater flow up to an area outside of the site of the steel tower 100. Thus, the rainwater dripping from above the steel tower is received by the dripping fence part 12 in the rainfall, and can be drained outside the site of the steel tower 100 via the catchment part 14 and the drain part 16, and a quantity of rainwater flowing down and falling in the steel tower site can be reduced.
