PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress welding strain by improving the welding method for a frame for motor-cycles. SOLUTION: This method includes a temporarily joining stage where a front-frame half body 44 composed of a left outside seat rail part 46 and a right outside seat rail part 52 which comprise the outer parts of a pair of left and right seat rails 62, 63, a main frame 61 and a left pivot supporting plate 32 and a right pivot supporting plate 33 and a left inside seat rail part 56 and a right inside seat rail part 57 which comprise the inner parts of a pair of right and left seat rails 62, 63 are temporarily joined so that weld lines appear on the upper surface and the back surface and a rear part welding stage where the outside half parts 46, 52 of the seat rails and the inside half parts 56, 57 of the seat rails are welded from the rear end parts 62c, 63c toward the middle part 11c of a body frame 11A for the motor-cycles.
