PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly exchange a filter element. SOLUTION: A strut member 45 is provided at one axial end of the filter element 40, and axially extended. In the filter element 40, an end face 45e of the strut member 45 is faced to an end opposing face 26a formed on a protrusion part 26 between the protrusion part 26 and a base side partition 22 opposedly provided in a base half body 20, and an elastic member 46 provided at the other axial end is brought into contact with the base side partition 22. A press-in member 50 pressed in to widen the space between the end face 45e and the end opposing face 26a is provided between the end face 45e of the strut member 45 and the protrusion part 26.
