A disk free device is provided to straighten the shifted spine by using a spine straighten groove and to correct the unbalanced pelvis by using a pelvis correcting rod. The spine of a user is straightened by containing a spinous process of the shifted spine in a spine straightening groove(2) after setting up a disk free device(1) on the floor behind the waist and then moving the spine straightening groove by using a support plate(5) as a fulcrum and a body of the disk free device as a lever. The unbalanced pelvis is corrected by obliquely setting up the disk free device to the side of the pelvis of the long leg, positioning a pelvis correcting rod(3) at the lower end of the pelvis, and then moving the disk free device about the support plate.
