A shading apparatus of a transformer revealed to a direct ray of light is provided to shade the transformer revealed to the direct ray of light, by blocking radiation heat of the direct ray of light using a structure of air ventilation. A shading apparatus of a transformer revealed to a direct ray of light comprises a frame(23) and a number of teeth of a comb(24) installed in the frame to improve air ventilation. A connection part(25) supports the teeth of a comb. A fixing apparatus(26) is fixed to a shading installation target apparatus. The frame constitutes a left semi-cylinder and a right semi-cylinder. A connection groove is installed at an edge of two semi-cylinders. A band binds a pair of connection grooves of two semi-cylinders.
