<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protecting/insulating sheet simply and detachably attached without a clip, excellent in a flexibility and a versatility and used for an insulation of various shaped and sized protected objects. <P>SOLUTION: The protecting/insulating sheet comprises a flexible electrical insulating sheet (1). The insulating sheet is provided with at least a pair of plate permanent magnets (M<SB>1</SB>, M<SB>4</SB>). A pair of the plate permanent magnets (M<SB>1</SB>, M<SB>4</SB>) are disposed so as to face and attract each other when the insulating sheet is folded.
