PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of an indoor machine unit, a control method of an air conditioner, the indoor machine unit and the air conditioner, capable of surely preventing dew condensation on a ventilating duct mounted under the roof, with respect to the ceiling embedded indoor machine. SOLUTION: In this control method of the indoor machine unit 5A having a housing mounted under the roof, an indoor heat exchanger 19A mounted in the housing for exchanging the heat between a refrigerant and indoor air, the ventilation duct for guiding the heat exchanged-indoor air into a room, dew condensation information detecting portions 41A, 43A mounted outside of the housing for detecting the humidity of air under the roof, and a blow out air temperature control portion 137A for controlling a temperature of the air flowing in the ventilation duct, the supply air temperature control portion 137A increases the temperature of the air flowing in the ventilation duct by a prescribed temperature when the humidity detected by the dew condensation information detecting portions 41A, 43A is higher than a prescribed humidity.
