摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for removing the iron content of a liquid oil refinery fraction, comprising setting permanent magnets to the outside of an oil pipe and examining the direction of the lines of magnetic force in the pipe, and to provide an apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: This method for removing the iron content of the liquid oil refinery fraction and the apparatus therefor are as follows. A yoke 14 whose outside comprises a cylindrical ferromagnetic material is curved on the outer wall of an oil pipe 11 formed from a non-magnetic material for transporting the oil refinery fraction, along the outer periphery of the oil pipe for the oil refinery fraction. A permanent magnet 15 divided into a plurality of pieces in the circumferential direction is received and attached to the oil pipe 11 in a state that N-poles and S-poles are alternately replaced in the circumferential direction. The liquid oil fraction having the iron content is passed in the oil pipe 11, wherein the lines of the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 15 can be directed to the circumferential direction of the oil pipe 11. Thereby, the lines of the magnetic force can be strengthened at the peripheral portion than the central portion to attract the iron content contained in the oil refinery fraction to the outer wall of the oil pipe.
