<p>A warm wave generating system (1) comprises a DC power supply (2); a frequency generating apparatus (3) that can output a signal wave the frequency of which can be varied within a given range; a transformer (6) in which a primary coil through which a DC current outputted from the DC power supply (2) can pass is opposed to a secondary coil (5) through which the signal wave outputted from the frequency generating apparatus (3) can pass; and a heater (7) that is connected to the DC power supply (2) via the primary coil (4) of the transformer (6). It is arranged that the DC current (2), which has been modulated by the signal wave passing through the primary coil (4) of the transformer (6) and then through the secondary coil (5) thereof, is used to allow the heater (7) to generate heat.</p>
