<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing system for improving image quality without affecting productivity by easily achieving equalization of image resolution of a drawing image without regulating a scanning speed, and to provide a drawing method. <P>SOLUTION: The number of elements Ny used for drawing with a micromirror 40 arranged in a direction of an arrow y is set so as to satisfy relationship of ΔX=L/(Nx×Ny), ΔY=v×(Nx×Ny)/(ΔNd/Δt) by using drawing width L in a direction of an arrow X by DMD 36, the number of elements Nx of a micromirror 40 in a direction of an arrow x, a moving speed v of DMD 36 and a transfer rate ΔNd/Δt to DMD 36 of drawing data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
