BELL-TYPE CAPSULE STRUCTURE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bell-type capsule having a high heat resistance which is added to various soundproof materials.

SOLUTION: The bell-type capsule structure is composed of a core and a shell which are formed by two kinds of ceramic materials having different sintering shrinkage rates. The sintering shrinkage rate of the ceramic material forming the core is larger than that of the ceramic material forming the shell. Resultingly, the core can move in the pore (capsule) of the shell independently of the pore of the shell.
