摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion compensation type time direction filter processing method capable of reducing complexity and delay caused by motion compensation type time direction filter processing, in consideration that a conventional motion compensation type time direction filter processing method imposes a motion picture decoding device to perform inverse update processing, and inverse prediction processing so that a great deal of complexity for the device and a large amount of delay in decoding processing are required. <P>SOLUTION: Inverse update processing is performed immediately after decoding processing of an inter-picture encoding macroblock in wide area pictures.
