PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting direction controlling film which produces no distortion of an image when applied on a display screen and which can prevent occurrence of a moire fringe. SOLUTION: The light emitting direction controlling film is equipped with an antiglare layer 10 in which a light transmission band 11 and a light shielding band 12 are alternately arranged and a pitch of the light shielding band 12 is 100μm or less.
