PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning unit for a vehicle capable of increasing the rigidity of a connection part of an intake to an air-conditioning unit body. SOLUTION: An air-conditioning unit body 2 and an intake 3 are connected to each other at parts different from an air feed duct part 10 via connection structures 11, 12, and the connection rigidity of the air-conditioning unit body 2 to the intake 3 is increased. In particular, a large panel 13 is formed on a connection part, and the longitudinal rigidity and the torsional rigidity are increased. Thus, the intake 3 and the air-conditioning unit body 2 are not relatively oscillated even by the vibration while a vehicle runs, and any load is applied to a part of a pipe 15 of the intake 3 and the air-conditioning unit body 2 to a vehicle body 14.
