An image processing device for displaying images to a webpage and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to display the images to the webpage in desired display order by using a scanning device. A communicator(150) performs data communication with the scanning device(200) and an image server(400) storing the images displayed to the webpage. An input part(120) receives display order information for the images displayed to the webpage from the user. A controller(140) transmits the scanning image data to the image server and receives storing position information by operating the scanning device for the requested images, and displays the desired images to the webpage by adding the storing position information to the webpage based on the display order information.
