A valve (100), comprising a body part (1) having a valve seat part (10) formed therein, a bonnet (2), a diaphragm (3) supporting a valve element (18) allowed to abut on and separate from the valve seat part (10), and an elastic body such as an O-ring (5). An annular groove (13) is formed on the periphery of the valve seat part (10) of the body part (1), and an annular fitting part (21) of L-shape in cross section is provided on the peripheral edge part (20) of the diaphragm (3). The annular fitting part (21) is inserted, in fitted state, into the annular groove (13) by the elastic body disposed between the bonnet (2) and the annular fitting part (21) of the diaphragm (3).
