A fabricated inner wall body structure of an apartment building is provided to simplify the working procedure by forming a wall body maintaining durability of the building and assembling the rest wall body and to complete the inner wall body by fitting an fabricated plate into a staple-like frame buried at a desired position in arranging the inner spaces again. A fabricated inner wall body structure of an apartment building comprises a staple-like frame(10) formed with a wall fixing groove(11) inward, a Styrofoam in the wall fixing groove in pouring concrete and before inserting a fabricated board(30), plural circular protrusion tools outward, a fixing hole(13) on the circular protrusion tool to combine a cross combining tool(20), and plural circular pins(14) projected downward on the bottom of the wall fixing groove of a horizontal unit(15) at regular intervals; the cross combining tool integrally fixed with a cross plate(21) on the upper end of a bolt unit(22) to be engaged/fixed with a screw thread formed on the inner diameter of the fixing hole; the fabricated board connected with an outer shell board and a middle board(35) by a cross flange(40) and formed with plural pin holes(33) on the upper surface of the outer shell board and the middle board to insert/fix the circular pin, a frame insertion unit(32) stepped on one vertical step and the upper end of the outer shell board, a combining groove on the other vertical step of the outer shell board, a frame insertion unit stepped on the upper end of the middle board, and the combining groove on both vertical steps of the middle board; the cross flange formed like a cross to combine the outer shell board with the middle board, formed with a combining protrusion(41) on both ends to be inserted/fixed into the combining groove of the outer shell board or the middle board, and a frame insertion unit(42) at the upper side to be inserted into the staple-like frame; and a lateral channel(50) formed with a vertical unit(52) and a horizontal unit(51) in an L-type shape to fix/support the vertical unit on the wall of the lower end of the outer shell board and the middle board by a bolt. The horizontal unit of the staple-like frame is integrally connected between two vertical units to be buried and fixed in a ceiling slab and an outer wall or to separate the horizontal unit and the vertical unit so as to be fixed separately to the ceiling slab or the outer wall.
