An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the generation of the mis-alignment when bonding both substrates. An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel(1) includes the first substrate(100) having the TFT(Thin Film Transistor). The second substrate(200) is positioned oppositely to the first substrate and has a common electrode. A sealant(300) adheres the both substrates. A liquid crystal layer is positioned at a space formed by the both substrates and the sealant. The first substrate includes an overlap area and a pan area as a non-overlap area. The TFT and the sealant are formed at the overlap area. Pads(123) are formed at the pad area.
