PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an inverter to operate independently at the time of release of the linking between a commercial power system and the inverter, by supplying a distribution line with a signal of the same kind of voltage and frequency as a commercial power system, and controlling the voltage and current that each inverter outputs. SOLUTION: An independent operation controller 6 comprises a reference signal supplier 61, a charger 62, an emergency inverter 63, a general controller 64, a battery 65, an output changeover switch 66, and a plug socket 67. The reference signal supplier 61 supplies a distribution line 3a with a signal of the same voltage and frequency as those of a commercial power system so as to give an AC module a fundamental frequency component of the voltage at link point, when the linking is released. Moreover, the charger 62 rectifies the output of the AC module and converts it into DC, and charges a battery 65. Then, the output current of the AC module is controlled by the general controller 64, corresponding to the state of battery 65. Hereby, the power generated by a solar battery can be effectively utilized. |
