发明名称 Process for increasing the wall thickness of a workpiece made from a high-temperature resistant alloy
摘要 <p>In a process to increased the wall strength in a metal alloy component capable of resisting high temperatures, the component wall (1) is coated with a fine crystal-grained metal (2). The coated component is then subjected annealing at a temperature value and duration converting the fine-grained material into large crystal grains. The annealing process takes place in a temperature range at between 10 and 150 deg C below the coating alloy melting point. The coating material is MCrAIX alloy. Prior to coating the component (1) is roughened. More than one coating may be applied as required.</p>
