A fireproof method of a high strength concrete member using a high strength/toughness panel as both a permanent mold and a fireproof panel is provided to prevent coating concrete from being broken due to long-term exposure of the concrete member to caloric heat in a fire accident, to skip an additional mold assembling step by using the high strength panel as a permanent mold, and to prevent the panel from being cracked or broken while transferred/installed. A fireproof method of a high strength concrete member using a high strength/toughness panel as both a permanent mold and a fireproof panel comprises the steps for assembling/installing reinforcing materials, that is, iron bars(02) or iron skeleton in a construction field; installing a high strength ECC(Engineered Cementitious Composite)-panel used as both a permanent mold and a fireproof panel on the outer periphery of the reinforcing materials; and pouring high strength concrete(01).
