FIELD: medicine, urology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should apply a ligature fixed to a ring made of any inert material, of any size: with the help of two fingers with, for example, a golden ring on one of them a surgeon should apply a ligature under a vascular pedicle. If necessary, the ring should be reapplied onto another finger of the same or another hand to be withdrawn into the wound and tightened in depth to form a knot. The innovation enables to simplify the technique of operation, fulfill reliable hemostasis at the beginning of operation, decrease the risk of intraoperational hemorrhages and shorten the terms of operation. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of hemostasis. ^ 2 ex |
