FIELD: petrochemical industry; methods of purification of the waste hydrocarbon oils with the purpose of their reuse as the base oil. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of purification of the waste hydrocarbon oils for their reuse as base lubricants The method provides, that after extraction and removal of the aliphatic solvent conduct the following phases: a) continuous flash vaporization at atmospheric or close to it atmospheric pressure for the purpose of separation of the light fractions at presence of the small amounts of the main compound or the reducing agent, or the mixture of that and other; b), continuous distillation in the fractionating column of the ground fluid received at the stage (a) at the moderate vacuum and temperatures at presence of the main compound or the reducing agent or the mixture of that and other with application of recycling of the ground product of the column into the raw, separation in the form of side extract torrents of the vacuum gas oil or the spindle oil and the base oils, and also the boiler fuel or then asphalt component from the bottom of the column. The technical result of the invention is improvement of the color and reduction of acidity without additional phases of purification of the waste oil products. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures improvement of the color and reduction of acidity of the lubricants without additional phases of purification. ^ 11 cl, 4 ex, 2 dwg |
