The device has a cylindrical membrane (21) found on a flat side of a piston (7) and a tubular membrane (15) found on another side of the piston where an axle (12) is fixed by a nut (5). The membranes (15, 21) are inflated by air or a hydraulic fluid to respectively displace the axle and the piston to enter or exit from a cylinder body (4). Steel plates (8, 19) are provided on the piston sides to permit the fixation of rubber plates (17, 20). The membrane (21) is assisted by a lubricant (29) during the displacement of the piston and the axle.
