<p>A semi-automatic limit switch is provided to improve reliability of a switching function through interception of an input signal by lowering an operational terminal plate correctly and rapidly by a repulsion of a plate spring. A cover is installed by forming a protrusion unit(14) on a bottom plate of a switch main body(10) higher than an upper plane of the switch main body(10). A connection hole(14-1) and a connection piece are formed correspondingly between an upper plane of the protrusion unit(14) and a bottom plane of the cover. The combining piece is formed on an upper plane of the cover and is fixed on an upper end of a central part of the switch main body(10) by a bolt. A couple of partition wall(16) are separated and fixed on an upper side of a central line on a bottom plane of the switch main body(10). A supporting guide piece(20) is fixed on a lower part of each partition wall(16) in parallel. A supporting room is formed to be coupled with an operation room(11). A terminal installation bar(17) is formed on an outer center of each partition wall(16). A couple of terminal supporting pieces(18) are formed on an upper/lower part of each terminal installation bar(17). An installation protrusion piece(21) is formed on a central part of a bottom plane. A movable contact point(49) is formed on both sides of an operational terminal plate(45) which is coupled to the bottom plane of an operational supporting pipe(40). A stepping unit(59) formed between an upper end rod(57) and a lower end rod(58) is hung on an upper end plane(44) of the operational supporting pipe(40). A transparent insulation cover(60) is coupled/separated on an inner upper part of the switch main body(10).</p> |
