<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel supporting bearing unit 5a whose traceability is improved and which is constructed to reliably simplify history management of the wheel supporting bearing unit 5a. <P>SOLUTION: An IC tag 23 is fixed to the center of the axial outer end face of a hub 10a as a rotating wheel constituting the wheel supporting bearing unit 5a. The IC tag 23 stores history information about the wheel supporting bearing unit 5a. The history information stored in the IC tag 23 is easily read by using an external device 28.
