<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which a waste disposal can be executed so that an environmental load substance such as As is not included in a remainder material after screening processing, and available resources included in the remainder material can be effectively recycled. <P>SOLUTION: With the arrangement of a photocoupled semiconductor device, a light emitting element 1 and a light receiving element 2 are mounted on lead frames 3, 4, respectively, and of the lead frames 3, 4, the lead frame 3 mounting the light emitting element 1 containing the environmental load substance such as As is provided with an attracting part 13 for attracting to a permanent magnet or electromagnet when magnetization screening is performed by use of the permanent magnet or electromagnet in the case of the waste disposal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
