PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display apparatus configured in such a manner that smooth cooling of a heating element is smoothly performed even when the plasma display is driven in a rotated state. SOLUTION: The plasma display apparatus including a plasma display panel and a circuit section for supplying a driving signal to the panel is equipped with a cavity type heat sink having a base section and wings extended from the base section and formed in an inner side direction from the base section in order to dissipate the heat generated from the circuit section.
