PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telescopic joint having extremely simplified manufacturing processes to achieve lower cost and eliminating the need for aligning work during replacement to shorten a working time. SOLUTION: The telescopic joint comprises a telescopic joint member 2, a mounting seat 60 provided on a casing 51 on a vibration equipment side for abutting on one end of the joint member 2, a mounting seat 59 provided on a chute 58 on a fixed equipment side for abutting on the other end of the joint member 2, a retaining band 3 and a clamp bolt 6 for pushing the joint member 2 at one end against the mounting seat 60, and a retaining band 3 and a clamp bolt 7 for pushing the joint member 2 at the other end against the mounting seat 59.
