PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating plate for cooking which facilitates cooking work for cooking an octopus dumpling (Takoyaki) by an octopus dumpling plate and raises heating efficiency for cooking the octopus dumpling. SOLUTION: The cooking plate consists of two or more exchange plates comprising the octopus dumpling plate and a meat roasting plate which are arbitrarily set according to a cooking use through the opening 71 of the outer frame plate bottom and the heating plate for cooking which is arranged on the inside of a heating stand with extending from the front end side to the back end side, heats the cooking plate by touching the bottom of the cooking plate, and is set so that the top surface of the octopus dumpling plate becomes higher by a prescribed height than the bottom plate face of an outer frame plate 7. A skirt section 76 prolonged below is formed in the circumference section back of the octopus dumpling plate, and when setting the octopus dumpling plate in relation to the outer frame plate, the skirt section corresponds to the opening edge section of the outer frame plate and a heating heater is installed at the position nearer the opening side than the skirt section.
