PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent imperfect contact by disposing a battery as a drive source for a motor at a position where it is least likely to receive shock. SOLUTION: This device comprises a cylindrical casing 2 having a blow delivery part 3 and an air intake part 4, and comprising a burner 5 and an ignitor 6, a handle 18 in a hollow cylindrical form comprising a gas passage opening/closing means to the burner and an electric path opening/closing means to energize/de-energize the motor 8, and a battery 14.
