PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible polyurethane foam suitable particularly for a sheet for automobiles that exhibits good vibration properties. SOLUTION: The flexible polyurethane foam is obtained by causing a polymeric polyoxyalkylene polyol or a polymer-dispersed polyol comprising the polymeric polyoxyalkylene polyol and polymer fine particles contained therein to react with a polyisocyanate compound in the presence of a catalyst, a blowing agent and a foam stabilizer, where 0.0001-3 pts.mass, based on 100 pts.mass of all active hydrogen compounds, of a fluorocompound represented by formula (1): Rf-O-(CF<SB>2</SB>CF<SB>2</SB>O)<SB>n</SB>-CF<SB>2</SB>-Q is used. In formula (1), Rf is a 1-8C polyfluoroalkyl group; Q is -COOM (wherein M is a hydrogen atom, a metal, NH<SB>4</SB>or a 1-5C alkyl group) or -R<SP>1</SP>OH (wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-5C alkylene group); and n is an integer of 1-10.
