PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wind a plurality of conductors on a core in a well-aligned state and to shorten winding work time. SOLUTION: This winding device 10 comprises a holding shaft 16 that holds the cores 12 freely rotatably, nozzles 52a, 52b that each guide conductors 14a, 14b independently to the cores, moving bases 36 that displace the nozzles 52a, 52b reciprocally along the axial direction of the cores 12, a main motor 18 that forms coils 15 consisting of a plurality of winding layers by rotating the holding shaft 16 interlocked with the moving base 36 and by winding the conductors 14a, 14b on the cores 12, a winding motor 46 as a changeover means that arranges each of the nozzles 52a, 52b at different angle when viewed from the axial line of the cores 12 and that changes over the arrangement angles of the nozzles 52a, 52b when the moving bases 36 reverse the reciprocating movements to shift the winding to the next layer.
