PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability of a pipe joining clamp. SOLUTION: Two half ring portions 14, 15 are joined to each other via a hinge portion 16. The half ring portions 14, 15 have grooved portions 14a, 15a formed on the inner peripheral faces in the circumferential directions, respectively. The half ring portions 14, 15 have pawl fitting lock portions 19, 20 at the front ends, respectively. The inner peripheral faces of the two half ring portions 14, 15 are opposed to each other by bending the hinge portion 16, and a pipe side flange portion is fitted into the grooved portions 14a, 15a and the two pawl fitting lock portions 19, 20 are locked to each other in a pawl fitting state. On both sides of the hinge portion 16 in the cross direction, guide ribs 17, 17 are provided which are protruded along both side wall faces of the pipe side flange portion in the cross direction for restricting the position of the hinge portion 16 in the cross direction.
