PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture chip easy to make a design change according to the profile of an observation tank or flow channels with a simple step without hindering the observation of the tank, and to provide a method for producing the chip. SOLUTION: The cell culture chip is such that, since a resin part 12 is formed of a thermosetting resin, the resin part 12 adheres to a substrate 11 owing to its own adhesivity without using any adhesive. Besides, the resin part 12 can be formed without using any mold, therefore the respective designs of a molding mold and the cell culture chip 10 can be easily changed even in case there are multiple patterns of the observation tank 21 and the flow channels 22 and 23. Furthermore, because of using no mold, the substrate 11 is subject to no damage and flaws even in case of making an insert molding of the substrate 11, leading to no hindrance to observing the tank 21.
