摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chain driving device having a structure that can improve power transmission efficiency of the chain driving device while improving a silent performance of the chain driving device, and also, can be easily assembled. SOLUTION: Different pole faces are respectively arranged on the faces opposing to each other in a magnet plate 8. Attraction force acts on the magnet plates 8 each other located on both sides in an ON area. Link plates are sandwiched between the magnet plates 8. The occurrence of noise can be reduced by the improvement of friction force between the link plates each other. A friction reduction magnetic plate device 100a, in which a pole face acting in the direction of attracting the magnet plates 8 outside is disposed, is arranged in an OFF area. By this, the magnet plates 8 arranged to the link plates are separated from each other in the OFF area. The friction force between the link plates each other is reduced.
